DU BUS DE VALEMPRE, PAUL LEONARD 
A resident of Ponchatoula, he died Friday, May 10, 2002, at his home. He
was 79 and a native of Indonesia. Survived by his wife, Alie de Bruijn-du
Bus de Valempre, Ponchatoula; a daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Jeff
Johnson, Springfield; a son and daughter-in-law, Emiel and Mary de Bus de
Valempre, California; and five grandchildren, Paul and Case Johnson,
Springfield, and Dorissa de Bus de Valempre, Brandon de Bus de Valempre and
Nicole de Bus de Valempre-Walling, all of California. Preceded in death by
his son, Robert Paul du Bus de Valempre; a brother, Rene du Bus de
Valempre; and a sister, Reina Morren. In lieu of flowers, family request
that donations be made to North Oaks Hospice in memory of Mr. du Bus de
Valempre. Geisler Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, in charge of arrangements.
