She was 62. Visiting at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday. Visiting at Pine Ridge United Methodist Church, Pine Ridge, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Starrett Cleveland. Interment in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Pine Ridge. Survived by her husband, Malvin E. Duggan Jr., Roseland; a son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Linda Phillips, both of Roseland; two grandchildren, Victoria Phillips and Chris Phillips; two sisters, Brenda Gill, Walker, and Jessie Stevens, Satsuma; and four brothers, Larry Phillips, Kentwood, Milton Phillips, Osyka, Miss., James Phillips, Watson, and John Phillips, Kentwood. Malvin E. Duggan Jr. died at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007, at his home near Roseland. He was 67 and a native of Great Bend, Kan. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, on Friday, Aug. 10, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, Aug. 11, from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Religious service at Pine Ridge United Methodist Church, Pine Ridge, on Saturday at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Jim Reid and the Rev. Starrett Cleveland. Interment in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Pine Ridge. He is survived by his son, Charles B.
