He was a native of Amite. Survivors include three sons, Ezikel Dupard, Bogalusa, Lester Dupard, Hammond, Michael Dupard, Tickfaw; stepson, Joseph Dupard, Riverside, Calif.; four daughters, Wanda Phillips, Shelia Taylor, Darlean Cook, all of Tickfaw, Ora Lee Taylor, Independence; sister, Izola Pinkney, Brusly; brother, Henry Stewart, Brusly; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Her parents, William and Leona Stewart; husband, the Rev. Joseph Dupard; and sister, Alberta Braxton, preceded her in death. Visitation will be at St. James Missionary Baptist Church tonight from 5 until the funeral at 7:30. The Rev. Wilbert Jones will conduct the service. Dismissal will be Saturday at 11 a.m., and burial will follow in Holly Garden Cemetery.
