DUPLANTIS, KATHLEEN RYAN
Kathleen Ryan Duplantis, passed away early Tuesday morning December 11,
2007. Mrs. Duplantis died peacefully at her home in Loranger, LA. Born
October 24,1934, in New Orleans, LA, She is survived by her beloved husband
Lawrence "Larry" Joseph Duplantis, Jr and their three children, Kathleen
Duplantis was a teacher and administrator for the New Orleans Public
Schools for over 30 years.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend her
Funeral Service at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 6425 West Metairie
Avenue, Metairie,LA on Friday, December 21, 2007. Visitation from 11:00 AM
- 1:00 PM, funeral mass at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow mass at Metairie
Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations through the New Orleans Public
Schools to the Kathleen Duplantis Endowment Fund for Exceptional Children,
3520 General DeGaulle Drive, New Orleans, LA 70114 would be greatly
appreciated.
