She was 86 and a native of Independence. Visiting at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., on Friday, Nov. 23, from 10 a.m. until service in the chapel at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Don F. Perkins. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by two grandchildren, Michael C. Morgan, of Portland, Ore., and Lisa Morgan Noteboom, of New Castle, Colo.; a nephew, Stephen O. Ledell; and a niece, Monita A. Hill. Preceded in death by her husband, David P. England; daughter, Suzette E. Pryor; parents, Stephen O. and Emma W. Stafford; three sisters, Iris S. Ledell, Monita Sharkey and Willie L. Stafford.
