He was 80, born Dec. 21, 1924, in Gretna. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. A memorial service is pending due to Hurricane Katrina. Inurnment will be at a later date in Westlawn Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Fisher Falcone; daughter, Theresa Ann "Terry" Falcone; two brothers, Vincent Falcone and his wife, Dorothy, and Joseph Falcone and his wife, Glenda; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Theresa Gattuso Falcone; father, Jake Falcone; brother, Philip Falcone; and son, Richard L. "Ricky" Camp III. He was a member of Terrytown Golden Age Club and American Legion Post 64. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National D-Day Museum in New Orleans. Mrs. Falcone is survived by her three children, Charlotte Falcone Holmberg and husband, Edward, Rosemarie Falcone Higgins and husband, Tyler, and Joseph P. Falcone, Jr. and wife, Stacy, one grandchild, Olivia Falcone Higgins, and one brother, Louis Saragusa and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Philip Falcone, Sr., parents, Amelia Costanza Saragusa and Joe Saragusa, and a brother, Johnny Saragusa.
