He was 80 and a native of Kaplan. Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and after 8 a.m. Saturday. Religious services at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. H.L. Kendrick. Interment in Parklawn Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his wife, Opal Perry Faulk of Crowley; two daughters, Helen Fuller of Ponchatoula, and Sandy Wilcher of Bossier City; two sons, Mark Faulk of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Kent Faulk of Pryor, Okla.; three stepdaughters, Rebecca Deaville of Eunice, Sandra Decker of Crowley, and Valarie Cantrell of Lafayette; 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Velma Stansbury of Crowley. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Belle Doucet Faulk; and his first wife, Merle L. Faulk. ********************************************************************************
