FAUNTLEROY, ALLIE VICTORIA LOBELL
A homemaker and resident of Hammond, she died Sunday, March 11, 2001, at Live 
Oak Living Center, Hammond. She was 91 and a native of Springfield. Survived by 
a daughter, Lily Gloria Flick, Metairie; a son, John E. Fauntleroy, Hammond; 
four grandchildren, Lauri Riebock, Jackson, Miss., David Fauntleroy, Watson, 
John Marc Fauntleroy, Springfield, and William Christian Fauntleroy, Hollywood, 
Calif.; and four great-grandchildren, Kacie Smith and Ryne, Laurel and Victoria 
Riebock. Preceded in death by her husband, Sherman Fauntleroy; parents, Adam M. 
and Louvella Richardson Lobell; six brothers, Bernard, Russell, Vernon, Elmer, 
Travis and David Lobell; two sisters, Lily Stoddard and Brunette Needham; and 
an infant child. Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, 
from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Visitation at Blood River Church of God, 
Springfield, from 9 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. Wednesday, 
conducted by the Rev. Billie Kennedy. Interment in Carter Cemetery.

FAUNTLEROY, ROSA TALLEY
Funeral services for Mrs. Rosa Talley Fauntleroy, 81, who died Sunday,
April 23, were held Monday, April 24th.  Interment was in Grantham
cemetery near Bush.  She died in Charity Hospital [New Orleans].  She is
survived by four daughters, Mrs. Lawrence Culbreath and Mrs. John Rayburn
of Bush, Mrs. Willie Sharpe of Pearl River, and Miss Lottie Fauntleroy of
Waldheim; two sons, Frank Fauntleroy of Hammond, and Dillard Fauntleroy of
Bogalusa; three sisters, three brothers, 11 grandchildren and 6 great-
grandchildren.
