FEE, MARTHA SIBLEY 
An esthetician employed by Dr. William Kelley and owner of New Phase Ltd., she 
died Saturday, June 5, 2004, at her residence in Independence. She was 60 and a 
native of Amite. Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 
6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday. Other arrangements are pending. Survived by her 
husband, Monty Fee, Independence; two daughters, Rae Pomares Venable, Luling, 
and Leslie Pomares Moon, Hammond; mother, Hazel Zachary Sibley, Independence; 
and five grandchildren. Preceded in death by her father, Redic Sibley. In lieu 
of flowers, the family requests memorials to Richard Murphy Hospice, 16013 
Halbert Lane, Hammond, LA 70403.
