She was born Aug. 10, 1919, in Soileau, the daughter of Geron and Louella Marcantel Duhon, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Henry Finnerty; infant sister, Lessie; and two brothers, Edward Duhon and John D. Duhon. She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Hazen Finnerty and Deborah, of Baton Rouge, and Herbert Finnerty, of Prairieville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Evelyn and Byron Chamblee, of Sulphur and Loretta and Victor Vaughn, of Baton Rouge. She also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, Kent Chamblee and wife Stephanie, Sheri Yarbrough and husband Doug, all of Sulphur, Terry Chamblee, of Houston, Steve and Eric Finnerty, of Baton Rouge, Jeremy Finnerty and wife Jennifer, of Geismar, Mary Elizabeth Guzzardo and husband Mike, of Hammond, Scott Finnerty, of Conroe, Texas, Darryl Finnerty and wife Glynna, of Prairieville, Michael Ross, of California, Corey Vaughn and wife Anna, of Denham Springs, Lindsey Barton and husband Joe, of Prairieville, and Kevin Vaughn and wife Michelle, of Brusly; 10 great-grandchildren, Hannah Chamblee, Cody and Kaitlin Yarbrough, all of Sulphur, Sofie and Jaxon Finnerty, of Geismar, Lundy Finnerty, of Conroe, Deacon Finnerty, Jaden and Rebecca Barton, of Prairieville, Elijah and Ella Vaughn, of Denham Springs and Avery Vaughn, of Brusly; two stepgreat-grandchildren, Michael Duffy and Blaise Mchaffey; a sister, Rena Franks and husband Martin B., of Singer; a sister-in-law, Lucille Duhon, of Lake Charles; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family extends heartfelt thanks to the many friends and relatives for their love and support. We would also like to thank the staff at The Carpenter House Hospice, especially Chris, Keith, Trig and Dr. Daigle. Bea will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
