FISH, JAMES EDWARD 
Tickfaw - James Edward Fish, 89, died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, at his home near 
Tickfaw. A native of Deridder, he was a retired data processor for Hormel Foods 
and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include one daughter, Brenda 
Trimble of San Antonio, Texas; one son, Jay C. "Woody" Fish of Tickfaw; and a 
number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 
his wife, Dorothy Daniels Fish; and his parents, Jhronia Welch Fish and Ira 
Lane Fish. A private graveside service will be held. McKneely Funeral Home, 
Amite, is in charge.
