FITZSIMONS, GRETCHEN MULLER ALLAIN "AUNTY"
A retired secretary and resident of Hammond Nursing Home, she died Thursday, 
Aug. 28, 1997, at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. She was 92 and a native of 
Ponchatoula. Cremation took place. Survived by a daughter, Beth Cowen Bauerle, 
Hammond; two grandchildren, Linda Jackson King, Crowley, and William Keen 
Jackson III, Hammond; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Matt A. Muller, 
Ponchatoula; and two nieces, Jeanne Penny Forrest, Bogalusa, and Mattie Muller 
Scheck, Belle Chasse. Preceded in death by husbands, Nicholas FitzSimons and W. 
Forrest Allain; a sister, Ethel Muller Penney; and parents, John and Bertha 
Drott Muller. She was a member of Christian Science Society of Hammond. In lieu 
of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
