FORMAGGIO, CLOVIS INEZ MAY 
A resident of Hammond and a native of Lincoln County, Miss., she died
Friday, Aug. 20, 2004, at her residence. She was 80. Visitation at Harry
McKneely & Son Funeral Home chapel, Hammond, from noon Monday until
religious service at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. John Adams and Dr.
Rodney Taylor. Interment in Rose Memorial Park. Survived by a son, George
Formaggio, Hammond; grandson, George Joseph Formaggio, Hammond; grand-
daughter, Kandace Maria Formaggio, Hammond; and a sister, Elsie Adams,
Bogue Chitto, Miss. Preceded in death by her husband, Joe Formaggio;
parents, Lee and Nancy Arcolar May; a sister, Alma Adams; and two brothers,
Woodson and James Nelson May. She retired as a nurse from the Louisiana
Department of Health and Hospitals (Hammond State School for more than 35
years).
