She was born on Friday, May 11, 1928, in Smith County, Texas, daughter of the late John James Fitch and the late Winnie Davis Fitch. Surviving are husband of 53 years, Addison Fowler, son, Jerry James Giddens, daughters, Sharon Elaine Weissborn and husband William Weissborn Jr., Norma Lea Stone and husband William Stone, sisters, Jesse Lois Richard, Sarah J. Hinson and husband Ray and Norma Ricci and husband Humberto, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren that she loved dearly. She is preceded in death by brothers, Patrick K. Fitch, John Fitch and Paul Fitch. Visitation will begin on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond. Friends will be received Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home-Hammond. Died on Thursday, July 1, 2004, at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond. He was 57, a native of Grenada, Miss., and a resident of Kentwood. Visitation at First Baptist Church, Kentwood, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. Saturday. Services conducted by the Rev. Joe Baugh. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, Kentwood. Survived by his wife, Judy McDaniel Fowler, Kentwood; a daughter and son-in-law, Lesley F. Bridges and Jeremy, Kentwood; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Frank S. Fowler Jr. and Chinero, Justin L. Fowler and Wendy and Floyd B. Fowler, all of Kentwood; six grandchildren, Frank S. He was a retired dairy farmer and former manager of Kentwood Co-op. He served as a board member of Kentwood Co-op, Tangipahoa Parish Water District and Dairy Farmers Trucking and was a member of First Baptist Church, Kentwood.
