FRAZER, DAVID KING
David King Frazer, 72, of Hammond, died Sunday, February 17, 2008 in North
Oaks Medical Center.  He was born on July 13, 1935 in Eldorado, Illinois,
son of the late C. A. and Betty King Frazer.  Mr. Frazer was a U.S. Army
Veteran, member and past president of Rotary, Hammond Club, member and past
president of the Louisiana Press Association, and member of the Chamber of
Commerce.  Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Patricia Sloan Frazer; 2
sons, Michael Sloan Frazer and Douglas Alan Frazer; 1 daughter-in-law,
Stephanie Bilello Frazer; 3 grandchildren, Brandon, Christopher, and
Nichole Frazer; 2 sisters, Nancy Woods and Mary Curran; 1 brother, Robert
Frazer.  Friends will be received Thursday, February 21, 2008, at the Harry
McKneely & Son in Hammond from 6 p.m. til 9 p.m., and after 8 a.m. on
Friday until religious services.  Services will be held at Harry McKneely &
Son Funeral Home, Friday, February 22, 2008 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Jerry
Hanible officiating.  Interment will follow in the Rose Memorial Park
Mausoleum.  Contributions may be made to the Joubert Syndrome Foundation
and Related Cerebellar Disorders, c/o Janet Gundling, 8 Ash Road, Jackson,

FRAZER, KAY ELLEN
Kay Ellen Frazer, 44 and a resident of Ponchatoula, died Sunday, Sept. 10, 
2006, at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond. A former resident of 
Metairie, she was born Wednesday, April 4, 1962, in New Orleans, daughter 
of Ernest J. Jr. and Rachel Fay Cupit. She was a partner in K.D.'s Truck & 
Trailer Repair. Surviving are her husband, Doug Frazer; son, Brandon Frazer, 
18; daughter, Nichole Frazer, 14; brother, Kenneth Cupit; and sister, Cheryl 
Cupit. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vital 
Guidroz and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest J. Cupit Sr. Friends will be received at 
Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula on Friday, Sept. 15, from 
6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Service in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 10 a.m., 
with the Rev. Bray Sibley officiating and John Raymond Cupit assisting. 
Interment will follow in Springfield Cemetery, Springfield. E-mail
