FRELIX, EDWIN RENE
Edwin Rene Frelix, 50, a native of Ponchatoula, La., and resident of
Houston, Texas, died April 15, 2009, in Houston, Texas.  Visitation will be
at N.A. James Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 22, 2009, from 5 to 7 p.m.
The funeral will be at N.A. James Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 22,
2009, at 7 p.m. Dismissal will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 23, 2009,
conducted by the Rev. Donnell Henderson.  Survivors include his father, Mr.
Bernell Brown of Baton Rouge, La.; two daughters, Latasha Frelix and
Natasha Frelix; one son, Andrew Thomas Jackson of Houston, Texas; one
sister, Fawn Blount; two brothers, Rodney K. Frelix of Ponchatoula, La.,
and Michael C.A. Tyrone of Baton Rouge, La.  He is preceded in death by his
mother, Mearlin Hayes; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed and Gracie Pea; and
daughter, Milissa Brown.  N.A. James Funeral Home is in charge of
arrangements.
