She was 74. Visiting at Niland's Funeral Home, New Roads, on Tuesday, Nov. 2, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting on Wednesday, Nov. 3, at First Baptist Church, New Roads, from 10 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Stacy T. Morgan. Interment in False River Memorial Park. Survived by her husband of 53 years, Dr. Bobby G. Fulmer; daughter and son-in-law, Fran and Richard C. Russell, of Oscar; three sons and daughters-in-law, Gene and Angie Fulmer, of Ventress, Mike and Sandra Fulmer, of Ponchatoula, Doug and Paula Fulmer, of New Roads; sister, Sylvia Lemoine, of Marksville; 14 grandchildren, Caitlin Fulmer, Dillon Fulmer, Ben Fulmer, Brennan Russell, Nathan Fulmer, Meghan Russell, Rachel Fulmer, Callie Fulmer, Josh Fulmer, Blake Fulmer, Olivia Fulmer, Cassidy Fulmer, Stephen Fulmer and Marilyn Russell. Preceded in death by her parents, Sidney S. Joffrion Sr. and Tommie Carruth Joffrion; and brother, Sidney S. Joffrion Jr. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren. She was a member of First Baptist Church of New Roads.
