FUNG, PAUL CHAK LAM
Paul Chak Lam Fung, 52, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2001, at West Jefferson Medical 
Center, New Orleans. He is a owner of China Blossom Restaurant in New Orleans. 
He is survived by his wife, Audrey Bernadette Thomas Fung of Hammond; three 
daughters, Kendra Fung Foret of Houston, Angelina and Michelle Fung, both of 
Hammond; one son, Stephen Fung of Hammond; two sisters, Katie Pui-King Ng and 
Betty Pui-Yee Chan, both of San Francisco; and two grandchildren. Visitation 
will be Thursday at Geisler Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, from noon until Fred 
Piazzo conducts the funeral at 3.
