GAERDNER, NAIDA DuVERNAY
Naida DuVernay Gaerdner, 93, died this morning Jan. 15, 2001, at North Oaks 
Medical Center. She was a native of Hammond. Survivors include a daughter, 
Muriel Jolls, Hammond; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and four 
great-great-grandchildren. Her first husband, Elmer E. Bowie; second husband, 
Clement Gaerdner; and son, Elmer E. Bowie, preceded her in death. A memorial 
service will be held Thursday at 6 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of the East Hammond 
Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Geisler Funeral Home, Hammond, is in 
charge.
