She was born on Friday, July 3, 1942 in Canada. Surviving are her mother, Joan Lassiter; 3 daughters & sons-in-law, Deborah and Paul Sirisophon, Tammy and Randy Bagnell, Connie and Ronald Bickford; son & daughter-in-law, Raymond and Alisa Galatas; 10 grandchildren, Gregory Shelton Jr., Danielle Maynard, Bridgette Ballard, Vicki Sirisophon, Joshua Shelton, Albert Perrilloux Jr., Alyssa Sirisophon, Hunter, Mallory and Beau Galatas; 2 great-grandchildren, Zoey and Ava Maynard. She is preceded in death by her husband, Conrad H. Galatas and step-father, Rush Lassiter and brother, John Dix. Friends will be received Thursday, February 19, 2009, from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Friday, February 20, 2009 from 8:00 am until 10:00 am at the Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula.
