She was a native of New Orleans. Survivors include her sons, Rene A, Gandolfo, Mandeville, and Donald E. Gandolfo, Ponchatoula; nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Gandolfo, a triplet, was preceded in death by her triplet brother, Alton Choppin; and triplet sister, Marguerite Choppin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, J. Rene Gandolfo; grandson, Duane M. Gandolfo, great-grandson, C. Ashley Gandolfo; two brothers, Rudolph Choppin and Gilbert Choppin; and a sister, Olga Cabiro.The Rev. Justin Kauchak conducted the funeral Friday, and entombment was at All Saints Mausoleum in Metairie. Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, was in charge. ********************************************************************************
