GIACCONE, JAMES SAMUEL
Giaccone, James Samuel, born May 2, 1961, died on Monday, April 16, 2012. 
He was a native of Plaquemine, LA. Visiting will be at Zachary United 
Methodist Church on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. with 
a 8 p.m. service conducted by Rev. Greg Davis. There will be a 10:30 a.m. 
graveside service on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at Colonial Cemetery in 
Independence, LA. He is survived by four brothers and three sisters, 
Phyllis G. Berthelot, Josephine G. McElroy and her husband Warren, Margaret 
G. Bonnec arrere and her husband Doug, Joseph and his wife Ann, Anthony, 
Frank, Jr., and Vincent and his wife Rhenda; and many nieces and nephews 
and extended family, Anatole Raymond, Robert Maylon Harris, Stanley 
Dandridge and Danny Jacobs. He was preceded in death by his mom and dad, 
Frank P. and Rosa Scorsone Giaccone, Sr., and a sister, Concetta Frances 
Giaccone. Pallbearers are Bert Berthelot, Kevin Berthelot, Rodney Savoy, 
Brian Patterson, Jason Giaccone and Ben Giaccone. In lieu of flowers, 
memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Hospice, The Carpenter House, 
Association of Retarded Citizens (ARC), St. Jude Children's Research 
Hospital or a . The family would like to thank the staff at The Carpenter 
House, Dr. Renee Daigle, Dr. Rachael Aaron, the staff at Marcia Home and 
Joyce "Mamma Joyce" Brown and the staff at Zachary Manor for their loving
