GOAD, FRANK R
The Honorable Judge Frank R. Goad of Bowling Green, Kentucky, died at his 
home, January 19, 2005. He was a native of Scottsville, Ky.  Goad was the 
District Attorney for the 8th judicial circuit in Allen and Warren counties, 
Kentucky; chairman of the Kentucky Workman's Compensation Board for eight 
years; Circuit judge for the 49th judicial circuit from 1970-1984; and 
administrative judge for the Green River District.  He was a 1938 graduate 
of University of Missouri and received his juris doctor from University of 
Louisville Law School. He was a World War II Army veteran and a graduate of 
Counter Intelligence School, Fort Mead, Md. He served as a Special Agent Army 
Intelligence Sixth Service Comm., Chicago and Detroit; and as a special agent 
during the Organization Conference of the United Nations in San Francisco in 
1945.  Survivors include his wife, Pat Howell Goad; a daughter, Margaret Goad 
Hawkins, Ponchatoula; two sons, Warren Hutchins Goad, Marion, Ky., and Frand 
R. Goad III, Lexinton, Ky.; a brother, Robert S. Goad, Gainesville, Florida; 
six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.  Expressions of sympathy 
may be sent in the form of contributions to Bowling Green/Warren County No-
Kill Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 1456, Bowling Green, Ky 42102 or the American 
Heart Association.

GOAD, PATSY IRENE
Patsy Irene Goad, 84 years old of Hammond, died Tuesday, July 24, 2007 in
North Oaks Medical Center.  She was born Thursday, August 17, 1922 in
Tazwell, West Virginia, daughter of the late George and Leia Davidson.
Surviving are her 2 daughters, Mary J. Adams, Nancy P. Jacobsen; 12
grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren and 6
brothers and sisters.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Otis Eugene
Goad Sr. and her son, Otis ³Buddy² Goad Jr.  A Memorial Service will be
held at a later date.
