GOBLOWSKY, DONALD EDMUND
Donald Edmund Goblowsky a native and lifelong resident of Hammond died 
Friday February 11, 2011 at his residence. He was 59. He was a graduate of 
Hammond High School, and Southeastern Louisiana University. He owned and 
operated Don Goblowsky Oil and Gas Land Services. A memorial Mass will be 
at 10:00 a.m. on Monday February 14, 2011 at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church 
in Hammond. Interment will be held at a later date in Greenlawn Cemetery in 
Hammond. Arrangements under the direction of Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 
Government St. Baton Rouge.  Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Dana 
Louise Miazga Goblowsky of Hammond; his daughter Taylor Leigh Goblowsky of 
Dallas, TX; his mother, Dora Keen Goblowsky of Baton Rouge; sister, Pam 
Goblowsky Hyde and husband C.J. "Billy" Hyde, III, of Baton Rouge; a niece, 
Allison Hyde; a nephew, Josh Hyde; a niece, Colleen Miazga; a nephew, 
Michael Miazga; a niece, Marlo Strope; a niece, Tricia Strope; an uncle, 
numerous aunts and numerous cousins.  He was preceded in death by his
father, Edmund Joseph Goblowsky; his paternal and maternal grandparents.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Louisiana Special Olympics or 
charity of the donors choice.

GOBLOWSKY, EUGENE RICHARD
Eugene Richard Goblowsky, 87 years old of Hammond, LA, died Saturday, March
21, 2009 in North Oaks Medical Center. Eugene was born on Sunday, March 12,
1922 in Hammond.  Surviving are his wife, Doris Goblowsky; daughter, Joelle
Goblowsky; daughter & son-in-law, Paula Goblowsky and Robby Thompson; son &
daughter-in-law, Damon and Justine Goblowsky; grandchildren, Daniel
Goblowsky and William "Doc" Davis; granddaughter and her husband, Bronwyn
and Graye Bankston; 2 great-grandchildren, Gabi Bankston and Grayson
Bankston.  He is preceded in death by his first wife, Beulah Matthews
Goblowsky; parents, Otis Goblowsky and Anna Fastring Goblowsky; brother,
Edmund Goblowsky; sisters, Lorraine Theriot and Shirley Vega; step-son,
L.R. Chadwick.  Friends will be received Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at
Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, from 10:00a.m. until
services.  Services will be held in the funeral home chapel, Wednesday,
March 25, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.  Interment will follow in the Greenlawn
Cemetery, Hammond, Louisiana.  In lieu of flowers please make donations to
St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN
