He is survived by his son, Horace Reginald Golden (Tesha) of Houston; four sisters, Liley (Arthur) Baker, San Diego, Calif.; Myrtle (Earl) Austin and Pauline (T.J.) Hoskins, Killian; and Dinah (Rodney) Carter of Hammond; one brother, Cleveland (Dina) Golden Sr. of Tickfaw, two play brothers, Eddie (Betty) Robinson Jr. of Hammond, and Joe (JoAnn) Adams of Moss Point, Miss.; and one play sister, Barbara Lincoln of Beaumont. He was a native of Cleo, a farmer and retired logging supervisor. Survivors include his wife, Genevia Golden; three daughters, Bernadine Jackson, Bernice Corbin and Geneveve Banks; son, Persey Golden; sister, Elsie Mitchell; 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. A son, one sister and two brothers, preceded him in death. Visitation will be at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Killian, Friday from 7 p.m. until the funeral at 8 p.m. The Rev. Robert Smith will conduct the service. Dismissal will be Saturday at 11 a.m., and burial will be in the church cemetery. N.A.
