GOODSON, EMMA WOODARD "PEGGY"
Emma Goodson died on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at Lane Regional Medical 
Center. She was 79 years old, a native of Kentwood, and a resident of 
Jackson. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Second 
Baptist Church, Jackson from 10am until service time at 1:00pm. Interment 
will be in Second Baptist Church Cemetery. She is survived by 3 daughters; 
Virginia Ann Woodard Freeman of Tylertown, MS, Debbie Goodson Haney of 
Jackson, and Peggy Joyce Goodson Casanova of Jackson, a son; Paul Davis 
Hurst of Clinton, a sister; Ruby Smith of Summit, MS, a brother; Donald B. 
Woodard of Springfield, 9 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren. 
She was preceded in death by her parents; Lanice and Myrtis Woodard, a
