He was 90 and a native of Holden. Visiting at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday. He was a native of Bogalusa and a registered nurse. Survivors include his wife, Patsy W. Grantham, Montpelier; three daughters, Crystal Kennedy, Federalsburg, Md., Candy Hensley and Casey Massey, Charlotte, N.C.; two stepsons, Tommy Beasley, Pearl River, Tony Beasley, Montpelier; 10 grandchildren; sister, Val Keaton, Bogalusa. His parents, Hezzie and Louise Grantham; and grand- parents, Cotton and Eva Grantham, preceded him in death. The Rev. Eric Williams conducted the funeral this afternoon at Montpelier Baptist Church, Montpelier, and burial was in Montpelier Cemetery. During her life she traveled to Austria, Italy, Japan and Germany. While in Germany she adopted her only son Robbie. She loved Mardi Gras and was a member of the Krewe of Omega in Hammond. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marguerite Wall Morris; and her father, William S. Morris; her husband, Dodson Grantham; her son, Robert Gonzales; 5 sisters, Margie Ballard, Verna Cory, Wilva Clarke, Loney Bell Findley and Audrey Favret; 3 brothers, James Morris, Ralph Morris, and Ezell Morris. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service in her honor at French Corner Baptist Church at 39751 Teel Road, Ponchatoula, LA Phone 985-386-3012 on Sunday, Nov. 16, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. Mrs. Grantham donated her body to LSU Medical Center-Bureau of Anatomical Services for the advancement of medical education and research.
