GUERET, CHARLES
A resident of Lutcher, he died at 10:15 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008, at
Kentwood Nursing Home in Kentwood. He was 76 and of the Catholic faith.
Visitation at Alexander Funeral Home, Lutcher, on Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 
6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Paulina, on
Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., with
the Rev. Frank Uter, celebrant. Entombment in the church mausoleum. Beloved
husband of Winnie Brignac Gueret. Preceded in death by his son, Daniel
Gueret; grandson, Glenn Gueret Jr.; parents, Abraham and Jeanne LeBranche
Gueret; sisters, Anna Mae Oubre, Bertha Aubert, Odelia Gagliano, Lucres
Roussel and Hazel Gueret; and brothers, Henry and Lawrence Gueret. He is
the father of Abraham Gueret Jr. and his sister, Delores Duhe. The father
of Suzanne Madere and father-in-law of Mark; father of Gene Gueret and
father-in-law of Kathy; father of Kenny Gueret and father-in-law of Delene;
and the father of Glenn Gueret Sr. He is survived by nine grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren. Friends and family may send their condolences and
