GUNNELLS, BEULAH DUPUY 
Mrs. Beulah Dupuy Gunnells died Friday, Nov. 11, 2005, at North Oaks
Medical Center in Hammond. She was 84, a native of Marksville, and a
resident of Chesbrough. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, on
Monday, Nov. 14, from 8 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m., conducted
by Deacon Michael Agnello of St. Helena Catholic Church, Amite, and the
Rev. Larry Blades. Interment in Amite Memorial Gardens, Amite. She is
survived by two daughters, Jean Trout, Tangipahoa, and Bettye Bridges,
Columbus, Miss.; a son, Luther E. Gunnells Jr., Chesbrough; a brother,
Mansel Dupuy, Lacomb; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She
was preceded in death by her husband, Luther E. Gunnells Sr.; parents,
Xavier and Florence Dupuy; and numerous sisters and brothers.

GUNNELLS, LUTHER EARL, JR.
A resident of Roseland, he died at 7:45 a.m. Monday, May 24, 2010, at his 
home. He was 67, born Feb. 3, 1943, in Lettsworth. He was a U.S. Air Force 
veteran. Survived by his wife of 47 years, Bobbett Gunnells, Roseland; two 
daughters, Joyce Barrosse, River Ridge, and Jenny Gunnells, Roseland; three 
sons, Joseph Gunnells Sr., Brawley, Calif., Jeffery Gunnells and his wife, 
Michele Gunnells, Terrytown, and Jesse Gunnells Sr. and his wife, Raquel 
Gunnells, St. Petersburg, Fla.; two sisters, Bettye Bridges, Columbus, 
Miss., and Jean Trout, Tangipahoa; 14 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. 
Preceded in death by his parents, Luther Gunnells Sr. and Beulah Gunnells. 
Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, Saturday, May 29, from 10 a.m.
