He was born on Thursday, January 29, 1959, in Madera, California, son of Jackie Haley Sr. and the late Marie Louise Strode. Surviving are daughters, Jackqulyn Haley and Sienna Haley, brothers & sisters-in-law, Joey and Mary Haley and Michael and Dianna Haley, brother, Ray Clemm and father, Jackie Haley Sr. and wife Judy Haley. He is preceded in death by his mother Marie Louise Strode.
