He was 51 and a native of Independence. Visiting at Watson Pentecostal Church, Watson, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday. Visiting at the church from 8 am. until religious service at 10 a.m. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. Johnny Netterville. Interment in Oaklawn Cemetery, Centreville, Miss. Survived by his wife, Elaine Cavin Harbin; two daughters, Janie Elaine Harbin and Jessica Christine Hall; two sons, James Ray Harbin and Joshua Pascal Harbin; three sisters and five brothers; a special niece, Wendy Shelton; and 11 grandchildren.
