Teddy G. Hartner died at 2:40 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, 2006, at St. Helena Parish Hospital in Greensburg. He was 74, a lifelong resident of Greensburg and a U.S. Air Force veteran. Visitation at Greensburg United Methodist Church, Greensburg, on Wednesday, Nov. 22, from 10 a.m. until religious service at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Bob Hayes and the Rev. Alan Betz. Interment in Greensburg Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Miller Hartner, Greensburg; two sons, Perry G. Hartner and his wife, Irene, Greensburg, and Robert A. Hartner and his wife, Terri, Angleton, Texas; and grandchildren, Adam C. Hartner, Baton Rouge, Kristy N. Hartner, Lake Jackson, Texas, Mandy R. Hartner, Houston, Brandon Kent Hartner, Lake Jackson, Texas, Sonja L. Hartner and Janice C. Hartner, both of Prairieville, Kaylynn N. Carter, Kentwood, and Dustin L. Temple, Greensburg. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gus R. Hartner and Edith H. Hartner. Pallbearers will be Malcolm Williams, Sammy Levatino, Hollis Rayborn, Grady Brecheen, Glenn Miller and Alvin Miller.
