HARTZOG, GARY 
Gary Hartzog died at home in Baton Rouge, on Friday, April 15, 2005,
surrounded by family and friends. He was 53 and a native of Bogalusa. Gary
was a registered nurse at North Oaks Hospital in Hammond. Survived by his
wife, Brenda; children, April and Cole, both of Baton Rouge; parents,
Felder and Maxine Hartzog; a brother, Craig Hartzog; and sister, Marla
Hartzog. The family expresses sincere gratitude to the countless friends
and family who were so supportive throughout Gary's illness. A special
acknowledgement of appreciation to Gary's co-workers and friends at North
Oaks Hospital as well as the staff at Odyssey Hospice Healthcare. In lieu
of flowers, donations in memory of Gary Hartzog may be sent to the Lukemia
and Lymphoma Society, Louisiana Chapter, 3636 S. I-10 Service Road, Suite
304, Metairie, LA 70001. The date of a memorial service is pending and will
be announced.
