Mr. Hazlewood was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was also a heating and air conditioning technician employed at Soll's appliance in Dickson, Tenn. Mr. Hazlewood was a member of the Friendship World Outreach. A memorial service will be held Monday, Dec. 21, at 4 p.m. at the Friendship World Outreach, Waverly, with Josh Hannah, pastor, officiating. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Hazlewood, Waverly; son, Bill Loveless, Dallas; daughters, Tammy Baker, Donna Jones, Livingston; sisters, Emma Lee Conley, Centreville, Miss., Mollie Arnold, Denham Springs, Cathy Deerey, La Belle, Fla., Mary Theaux, Amite, Lee DeFrancis, Denham Springs, and Mildred Cobb, Baton Rouge; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Evelyn Ellis Hazlewood; father, Clarence J. Hazlewood; a brother, James L Hazlewood; two sisters, Flora Brashear and Betty Perkins; an aunt, Erma Hazlewood Greene; and an uncle, Avery Dean Hazlewood. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Friendship World Outreach, Waverly, or Parkinson's disease charity.
