HEISSER, IMOGENE
Covington - Imogene Heisser, 63, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2003.  She was a
teacher.  She is survived by her husband, Harry "PeeWee" Heisser of
Covington; two daughters, Christal Heisser Jones of Atlanta and Dominique
Elzy of Covington; one son, Larry James of Atlanta; two sisters, Myrtle E.
Watts of Covington and Shirley Baham of Houston; six brothers, Oscar
"Dusty" Elzy Sr., Jerome "Bo" Elzy Sr., John and Gary, all of Covington,
Eugene Elzy Jr. of Los Angeles and Milton Elzy of Chicago; her mother, Arie
Elzy of Covington; and five grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by
her father, Eugene Elzy Sr.  Visitation will be tonight from 5 to 8 at
Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church, Covington. The Rev. Clayton Neal will conduct
the funeral at 8 p.m. Dismissal will be Saturday at 11 a.m., followed by
burial in Payne Chapel Cemetery, Folsom.  Richardson Funeral Home, Hammond,
is in charge.
