HELG, JOSEPH LOUIS
Joseph Louis "Catfish Joe" Helg, 59, of Hammond, died Saturday, January 16,
2010, at North Oaks Hospital. He was born October 5, 1950, in New Orleans.
Surviving are his wife, Diane Marie Helg; 2 daughters, Bobbie Jo Drago,
Corina Ann Hutchinson and husband, David; 3 sons, Jeremiah Otto Helg,
Joseph Louis Helg II, Jordan Lee Helg; 1 sister, Elaine Cutrer; 4
grandchildren, Sarah Drago, Clint Drago, Brooklynn Helg, David Hutchinson,
III.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Otto & Aimee Rodriguez Helg;
1 brother, Jimmy Lessard and 1 son-in-law, Brian Drago.  Friends will be
received Wednesday, January 20, 2010, at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home
in Ponchatoula from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.  A Memorial Service will begin
at 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.  An on-line guest book is available
