A retired operator/supervisor with Ethyl Corp. with 37 1Ú2 years of service, he passed away Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006, at Ollie Steele Burden Manor butterfly unit. He was 84, a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Loranger. He was an Army veteran of World War II, having served in the China-Burma-India theater. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Tuesday, Nov. 28, was from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a Masonic service at 7 p.m. Visitation resumes at the funeral home chapel on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until religious service at 2 p.m., conducted by Brother Rusty Bower and Brother Brady Foreman.
