He remained a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in North Hampton, Mass. Survivors include his wife, Alice Norred Bankston Hibbard of Holden; three sons, William "Billy" Hibbard Jr. of Connecticut, Mark Hibbard and James Hibbard, both of Massachusetts; three daughters, Heather Carr and Tommie Mathieu, both of Connecticut, and Heidi Strong of North Carolina; two sisters, Dorothy Bruscoe and Gladys Carrier, both of Massachusetts; two step-daughters, Pat Munson and Sue Morgan, both of Albany; and 11 grandchildren. His parents, Genevieve and Raymond Hibbard; and one brother, Raymond Hibbard Jr., preceded him in death. Visitation will be today at Geisler Funeral Home, Albany from 6 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from from 9 a.m. until the funeral at 11. Burial will be in Lard Cemetery, Holden.
