HIMMAUGH, RICHARD "RICK" EDWARD 
Richard Edward Himmaugh, a chemical plant operator, died Saturday, June 18,
in a boating accident on the Tangipahoa River. He was 48. Rick was born in
New Orleans, raised in St. Rose, and lived in Ponchatoula for many years.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Darla Raiford Himmaugh; two daughters,
Jennifer Lee Pfister and Jessica Reneé Raiford; a son, Stephen Richard
Himmaugh; granddaughter, Kayla Leanne Pfister; his parents, Bob and Deanie
Himmaugh; two brothers, Glen John and John Patrick Himmaugh; two sisters,
Elaine Marie Broussard and Lee Ann Lucas; father-in-law and mother-in-law,
Buster and Eddie Marie Raiford; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral
services were held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison
Blvd., Hammond, Wednesday morning, June 22, at 10:30 a.m. Visitation was
held at the funeral home Tuesday, June 21, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Burial in
Bankston Cemetery.
