HOLTER, WENDY VERNON
A devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and resident of Gonzales, she 
passed away Monday, May 3, 2010. She was 47 and a native of Independence. 
Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, Thursday, May 6, from 10 a.m. 
until memorial service at noon. Survived by her devoted husband of 25 years, 
Jimmy Holter; father, Wendelyn Vernon; daughter, April Allen; son, Travis 
Holter; sister, Cindy V. Holter; three grandchildren, Rainey, Raleigh and 
Little Chance Allen; niece, Heather Blackwell; and nephew, David Holter. 
She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Vernon. Wendy loved being 
with her family, her dog, Jenny, and especially watching baseball with her
