She later moved to Mobile, Alabama, where she and her husband were both employed by Olin Chemical, she as a purchasing manager until her retirement and her husband in the training division. Ms. Hoover moved to Ponchatoula, after the death of her first husband, where she met and married her second husband, Lester Hoover. She loved gardening, sewing, reading, cooking and traveling. Ms. Hoover is survived by her daughter, Allison Nicholson and husband Wendell; stepson, Glenn Hoover and wife Lori; granddaughter, Anastacia Nicholson; two step- granddaughters, Amy Aymond and Casey Reditte; two step-great-grandsons, Daniel and Logan Aymond; very special cousin, Myrna Young and husband Paul; special sister-in-law, Pat Martin and husband Pete, along with many nieces and nephews.
