She was a native of Meridian, Miss., retired from the Louisiana State Highway Department, a duplicate bridge Bronze Master and an active member of St. Margaret's Guild of Grace Memorial Episcopal Church. She is survived by three children, Jon Horgan Kemp of Dauphin Island, Ala., Porter S. Horgan of Hammond and Kay Horgan Hardee of Houston; one sister, Jewell M. Barker of Slidell; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hunter Hudson Horgan Jr.; one son, the Rev. Hunter Hudson Horgan III; and her parents, John M. and Carrie Terrell Maher. Visitation will be Saturday at Grace Memorial Episcopal Church, Hammond, from 10 a.m. until the funeral at 11. Burial will be in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to North Oaks Hospice, P.O. Box 2668, Hammond 70404, or Grace Memorial Episcopal Church, 100 W.
