HOUK, KENNETH RAY
Kenneth Ray "Sonny" Houk, 68 years old of Ponchatoula, died Tuesday,
October 9, 2007.  He was born on Saturday, March 11, 1939, in Deavertown,
Ohio, son of the late Harold Nelson Houk and Margerie Jones Houk.  Mr. Houk
was a member of NRA and an avid NASCAR fan.  He was a retired Diesel
Mechanic.  Surviving are his wife, Gloria Turner Houk; 2 daughters, Valarie
Baham, and Rhonda Houk; son, Jeffrey Houk; sister, Donna Adams; step-
brother, Bob Hughes; half-sister, Terri Rodgers; half-brother, Billy Wayne
Hughes; 6 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.  He is preceded in death
by a son, Lonnie Ray Houk.  Friends will be received Saturday, November 10,
2007, at Cooper Cemetery in Robert, LA from 1:30 until 2 p.m. Graveside
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Interment will follow the service.
