HU, GRACE MIN-YING
Grace Min-Ying Hu, 69, was born October 6, 1940, in Taiwan and passed away 
August 20, 2010, in Laguna Hills, CA. A long time resident of Hammond and 
retired university professor who taught at Southeastern Louisiana 
University for 30 years, Grace is survived by her husband, James; daughter 
Janice (Joe Kao) Hu; sons Timothy (Chifen) Hu and Jeffrey (Kathleen) Hu; 
sisters Cheng-Ying Wu, Chien-Ying Yang, and Jocelyn Ho; brother Chuan-Liang 
Chin; and 4 grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 27 
from 5:00 - 9:00pm at O’Connor Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Hills, 
CA. A memorial service will be on Saturday, August 28 at 9:00am at Geneva 
Presbyterian Church, 24301 El Toro Rd., Laguna Hills, CA. Graveside 
services will immediately follow at 11:00am at El Toro Memorial Park, Lake
