He was born on March 8, 1947 in Tylertown, son of the late Newton and Annie Drummond Hines Ingram. Surviving are his wife, Rose Mary Brettillo Ingram; mother-in-law, Rosie Brettillo; 5 brothers, W.T. "Bill" Ingram, James Ingram, Richard Ingram, Charles Ingram, and Doyle Hines; 2 sisters, Mary Ruth Popwell and Pat Henley; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 4 brothers, John, Bill, Walter, and Jewel Hines; 3 sisters, Adrin Hilton, Sus Lobell, and Lea Crockett, and his father-in-law, John Brettillo. Friends will be received Sunday, January 20, 2008, at Harry McKneely & Son in Hammond from 8:30 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Funeral Home Chapel Service, conducted by Rev. Randall Garcia. Interment will follow in the Rose Memorial Park Cemetery.
