JACK, JERRY WAYNE
Jerry Wayne "Big Jack" Jack served in the U.S. Army, retired construction
and native of New Orleans and resident of Amite, Louisiana, died Tuesday,
July 17, 2007, at North Oaks Medical Center. He was 51, cherished and well
beloved by his family and many friends.  Preceded in death by his loving
mother, Ora Nell Jack, and two sisters.  He leaves to cherish his memories
a wife, Davrie Powers-Jack; five children, Mia, Davrie, Dariel, Jerry Jr.
and Tamara; five grandchildre, LonnMiya, Makayla, Emari, Royce and
Gabrielle; nine sisters, five brother-in-laws, aunts, uncles and host of
nieces, nephews, cousins and other loved ones.  Visitation Sunday, July 22,
2007 at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Angelic Funeral Home, 62264 Commercial Street
(Highway 51), Roseland, La. Funeral Services, Monday, July 23, 2007 at 
11 a.m. with the Rev. Francis Williams, pastor at Butler AME Zion Church,
412 E. Magnolia Street, Amite, La. Condolences may be sent to 412 Gullett
Street, Lot 2, Amite, LA 70422.
