JASON, THERESA JUHASZ

A resident of Ponchatoula, she died Friday, Oct. 19, 2001, at Belle Maison Nursing 
Home, Hammond. She was 92 and a native of Albany. Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son 
Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, from 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Monday. Mass of Christian Burial 
at St. Joseph Catholic Church at noon Monday, celebrated by the Rev. Justin Kauchak, 
O.P. Interment in St. Margaret Catholic Church Cemetery. Survived by two daughters, 
Theresa J. Hinson, Ponchatoula, and Betty J. Adams, Tickfaw; a son, Joseph M. Jason, 
Ponchatoula; 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and five 
great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, John E. Jason; a son, 
John M. Jason; a grandson, Jack Jason; three sisters, Mary Ponsock, Elizabeth 
Kropog and Julia Kives; two brothers, Mike Juhasz and Joseph Juhasz; and parents, 
Joseph and Theresa Breda Juhasz.
