He was a native of New Orleans, an engineer with BellSouth and a U.S. military veteran. He is survived by his wife, Muriel B. Jenevein of Robert; two daughters, Maudrene J. Bean of Summit, Miss., and Earlene J. Champagne of Covington; one son, Earl J. Jenevein of Robert; one brother, Jack Jenevein of Slidell; one sister, Kathryn Raymond of Baton Rouge; seven grand- children and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Alexander and Kathryn Folger Jenevein. A memorial service will be Saturday at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 10 a.m. until a religious service at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 1738 Mill Garden Drive, Ponchatoula 70454.
