CARRUTH Coroner J. W. Watson of Baton Rouge, Tuesday listed acute uremia, a kidney ailment, as the probable cause of death of attorney W. Carruth Jones of Kentwood, husband of the former Esther "Boo" McCraney of Roseland. The body of the 36 year old attorney, son of the late Judge W. Carruth Jones, Sr., was found in the capitol annex residence of state Attorney General Bolivar Kemp on Monday. Jones had been missing for three weeks. Kemp said a secretary told him Jones had come to his office on July 25, the same day Kemp left for Washington and then Seattle. The employee testified that Jones told her he was tired and wanted to take a nap in Kemp's residence. Kemp said it was alright for Jones to sleep in the house as they were friends and Jones had worked for Kemp in the legislative bureau. Private funeral services were held Tuesday in Baton Rouge in Roselawn Memorial Park. He is survived by his widow; his mother, Mrs. W.
