She was 99 and a native of Albertlea, Minn. Visiting at First Baptist Church, Amite, from 8 a.m. Wednesday until religious services at 11:30 a.m. McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, in charge of arrangements. Services conducted by the Rev. David Fortenberry and the Rev. Jerry Barlow. Interment in Amite Cemetery, Amite. Survived by a daughter, Marion J. Boyles of Hattiesburg, Miss.; a son, Harry D. Joynton of Hot Springs Village, Ark.; seven grandchildren, Carolyn Boyles McInnis of Hattiesburg, Miss., Norman Richard Boyles of Bogalusa, Martha Louise R. Harper of Hattiesburg, Miss., Laurie Ann B. Jabour of Elberton, Ga., Olin Hills Joynton of Spring, Texas, Stanley Forest Joynton of San Angelo, Texas, and Daniel Arthur Joynton of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 12 great-grandchildren, a great-great grandchild and a great-great-great-grandchild. Preceded in death by her husband, Harry D. Joynton Sr.; and three sisters, Lilah Cram Houeye, Alma B. Cram and Marion L. Cram. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Mayflower Society.
